Funeral services for Tommy Wayne Leonard of French Camp were held on Thursday, January 18, at 2 p.m. at Bethsaida Baptist Church near French Camp, with burial following in the church cemetery. Rev. Dale Strickland and Rev. Alex Lawson officiated the service.

La Frank Bramlett

Funeral services for Mr. La Frank Bramlett of Kilmichael were at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 21, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in the Williams Springs Church of God Cemetery near Stewart.  Dr. David Sartin officiated the services.

Floyce Cook Tucker

Floyce Cook Tucker, 96, formerly of Vaiden, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother went to be with the Lord on January 20, 2018, in Jackson where she had lived in a nursing home since December of 2014.  She was born in Vaiden on March 10, 1921, the daughter of the late George and Minnie Gant Cook.

Carolyn Sue Pullen

A graveside service for Carolyn Sue Pullen of Winona, formerly of Memphis, Tenn., will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 27, at New Hope Methodist Cemetery in Winona.  Rev. Linda Malone will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be Barry Eskridge, Jeff Wilson, John Alexander, Andrew Wilson, Jon Eskridge, and Sidney Castle.

Judith Meece Devine

On December 20, 2017, Judith Meece Devine, after a long illness, passed away at her home in Alabaster, Ala. She was preceded in death by her husband James E. “Dock” Devine, sister June Walker and brother Russel E. Meece, Jr.

Earl Edward Watson, 87, born Sept. 18, 1930 in Danville, Ind., went to be with his Lord on Sun. December 31, 2017, in Brandon. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon handled funeral arrangements.
