GREENWOOD - Alfred Leslie Scales, 88, of Greenwood passed away Friday, March 5, 2010, at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.

Services were held Monday, March 8, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Greenwood with Rev. Bill Stout, OFM, officiating. Burial followed in the Scales Family Cemetery in Greenwood.

He is survived by two nieces, Katherine Walt Grice of Clayton, Ga., and Betsy Walt of Greenville, S.C.
