Carroll County Sheriff's Deputies arrested two juveniles, ages 17 and 16, and charged the two with auto burglary and commercial burglary. The two will await a youth court judge in connection.
According to chief deputy Rob Banks of the Carroll County Sheriff's Department received a report of a burglary at the storage buildings in Carrollton.
"We caught one of the juveniles at the scene, and the other fled on foot," Banks said. "We made an arrest later at the home of the suspect that fled."
Banks said the owner of the storage buildings said that seven or eight locks had been broken.
"The paper work was sent to youth court, and the two have been charged with auto burglary and commercial burglary," Banks said.
The auto burglary charge stems from a chainsaw and an air tank that were allegedly stolen from a pickup truck in Carrollton.
Banks said the Carroll County Sheriff's Department is investigating the matter.
