After her marriage in 1950, she moved to Winona where she became a faithful member of the First Baptist Church, teaching the Senior Ladies Sunday School Class for years.  She worked for Dr. Luther P. Crull as his office manager/assistant for 19 years, a job she thoroughly enjoyed.
