Geneva Bailey Pernell, 76, of Philipp passed away at her home on April 23, 2018.  She was born to Andrew Thomas and Mabel Burkes Bailey in Drew on December 20, 1941.  In January 1958, she married Prentiss Aaron Pernell, Sr. her husband of 60 years.
